Learn to see the whole patient — and treat the cause, not just the symptom.
Begins March 2027
You didn’t go into medicine to suppress symptoms or manage lab values. You went into medicine to understand what’s actually happening in the person in front of you — and to help their body heal itself. Clinical Endobiogeny Level 1 (CEL1) gives you the physiological framework and clinical tools to practice that way, starting with your very next patient.
Built for MDs, DOs, and NDs already in clinical practice, CEL1 is a rigorous, evidence-grounded introduction to Endobiogeny: a systems-biology model that reads the endocrine, nervous, and metabolic systems as one integrated, adaptive whole — and uses blood chemistry you already have access to as a functional window into it.
What you’ll learn
CEL1 is organized as a sequence of integrated modules, each pairing physiological theory with immediate clinical application. You’ll learn the following in this course:
The systems that drive most of what walks into your office
- The Autonomic Nervous System — the regulatory hub behind stress, fatigue, and dysregulation
- The Corticotropic Axis (including the often-overlooked pineal contribution) —fatigue, depression, asthma, allergies, stress management and burnout states
- The Thyrotropic Axis — thyroid physiology beyond TSH such as anxiety, PTSD, rhythm disorders, intestinal spasms
- Emunctory Organs: identify subtle but non-pathophysiologic imbalances in the liver, kidney and pancreas that impact disorders such as recurrent sinusitis, arthritis and arthrosis, aging and Alzheimer’s dementia
The terrain patients live in
- Emunctories & drainage — liver, gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, and spleen function as detoxification and elimination pathways
- Symbiosis & dysbiosis — the microbiome’s role in systemic regulation, taught as a consolidation module that ties your first six modules together in a single cumulative case
- Immunity and infectious disease — immune terrain in the management of inflammation, allergies and autoimmune conditions
The method itself
- Clinical method and therapeutics — how to read a blood chemistry panel functionally, not just diagnostically
- The Biology of Functions and GEMMA — the analytical framework and software that turns endobiogenic theory into a repeatable clinical workflow
- Spasmophilic disorders — a distinctly endobiogenic diagnostic lens with few equivalents elsewhere in conventional or integrative training
Each module pairs theory with case-based application, and a dedicated review module ensures the material compounds — you’re not just accumulating facts, you’re building a coherent internal model you can reason from.
What you’ll be able to treat
By the end of CEL1, you’ll have a working clinical framework for conditions that are common in your practice and often frustrating to manage with a purely reductionist approach:
Adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome · Anxiety, depression, and insomnia · Migraines and spasmophilia · Allergies and asthma · Thyroid disorders · Chronic stress and dysautonomia · Dysbiosis and GI dysfunction · Liver and pancreatic imbalances — and the broader pattern-recognition skill to approach the hundreds of symptom presentations that don’t fit neatly into a single-system diagnosis.
What actually changes in your practice
Physicians who complete CEL1 consistently describe the same shift: they stop chasing isolated lab markers and start seeing the adaptive logic behind them. A patient’s cortisol, thyroid panel, and autonomic tone stop looking like separate problems to manage in parallel and start reading as one coherent story — which means your treatment plans stop being additive (one intervention per symptom) and start being systemic (one intervention that resolves several symptoms at once, because they shared a root).
That’s not just a clinical upgrade. For many physicians, it’s the thing that restores the part of medicine that drew them to it in the first place: the ability to actually understand a patient, not just manage their chart. You leave CEL1 with a functional lens you’ll use in every patient encounter after — not a certificate you file away.
Who this is for
CEL1 is built for licensed MDs, DOs, and NDs who want a clinically rigorous, physiologically grounded framework — not a wellness overlay. No prior Endobiogeny training is required; the course begins with a foundational orientation module before building into systems-level work.
