Endobiogeny at the ANP Summit

On September 19-20, 2026, SBRG attended the annual Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) summit at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. It was the second time Dr. Kamyar M. Hedayat was invited to speak, and we were glad to be back.

The lecture: assessing the ANS in 10 minutes

On Saturday morning, Dr. Hedayat gave a well-received lecture titled “How to Assess the Autonomic Nervous System in 10 Minutes.” As the title promises, it was very practical. He introduced the ANS and its three branches (parasympathetic, alpha sympathetic, and beta sympathetic), then invited the audience to experience each one:

  • Para: a short deep-breathing exercise
  • Alpha: holding a squat as a “low start”
  • Beta: jumping in the air to release tension

It was wonderful to see everyone take part.

Dr. Hedayat then walked through the signs and symptoms linked to each branch, with clear examples of what practitioners can start noticing in their patients right away. Assessing the ANS is one of the easiest and most valuable things a practitioner can do, with minimum to no cost at all. Recognizing ANS-specific signs in a patient’s history is a skill anyone can begin building today.

To close, he had attendees shake hands and do a quick assessment on the spot. Is the hand moist or dry? Cold or hot? Each one points to a different branch of ANS activity.

When talking about the ANS, it’s hard not to mention GEMMA analytics and the Spasmophilia and StressCheck panels. Both interpret ANS activity from a simple CBC. And when the audience asked, “So what can we do when there is ANS imbalance?”, Dr. Hedayat pointed to medicinal plants and lifestyle changes, which GEMMA analytics lays out in detail.

Our booth: the Endobiogeny Ecosystem

Over both days, our booth presented all things endobiogeny: Training, Testing, and Treatment.

  • Training: We invited practitioners to join the upcoming Clinical Endobiogeny Level 1 course, starting March 2027.
  • Testing: We introduced GEMMA analytics, a functional biomarker tool that uses routine labs to provide clinical insights and treatment suggestions.
  • Treatment: We introduced Endologica, the very first endobiogenic liposomal herbal formulations available for customers and practitioners worldwide. This was the first time Endologica was presented to a wider audience in a conference setting.

To help people truly experience endobiogeny, Dr. Hedayat also offered private 15-minute consultations to anyone who brought their CBC. For these, we ran the GEMMA StressCheck panel, which gave a look at general stress levels, ANS activity, and disorder screening, along with treatment considerations that included Endologica formulations. People left with a clear treatment and lifestyle plan.

That’s what we love about endobiogeny: it gives practitioners and patients a path forward. If GEMMA detects imbalances, they can be addressed.

Looking ahead

The ANP summit was a great success for SBRG and for endobiogeny as a whole. Interest in this approach grows every year, and more people want to experience it for themselves.

Thank you to our customers for trusting endobiogenic wisdom, to the audience who engaged so enthusiastically with Dr. Hedayat’s lecture, to our current students and colleagues who stopped by the booth to say hello, and to the ANP organizers, especially Luke Coltman, for their continued support of endobiogeny.

We’ll be back next year!
