    Hello,

I can tell what is commonly done in france. Before, MT were reimbursed so we used to use them a lot. I personnaly use Fluid extract (I don’t know if this exists in the US), which are different because more concentrated (at least 4 times) but almost no more essential oils in it (which is also bothering). The good thing is less alcool and cheaper.
I am a rather high dose prescriber. A lot of endobiogenists prescribe 50-70 drops (1 -1.4mL) of MT twice a day whatever the number of plants in it. Personnaly I prescribe 0.25mL of FE BID per plant in the mix (4 plants = 1mL BID, 8 plants = 2mL BID…). A very high dose would be 1mL of FE for each plant TID (for example for cancer outbreak : 1mL FE of lycopus, 1mL of Fragaria, 1mL of Lithospermum… TID)

Hope it helped. According to my teachers, no need of heavy dosage for regulation.

    Hi,

didn’t have fertility issues, but things related to it : menstruation anomalies. But we after a few cycles it went back to normal or so I thought as no one came back to me again for that (I saw that as GP, no endobiogenist).
Concerning infertility, it must have been a long time if they made all these tests. How long ? How did it evolve ?

    Hi,

concerning your question about negative indexes, the way to interpret them is to take the absolute value and work with this value. The negative sign is to be considered as a virtuality. I do not yet fully understand this notion, but for what I know, it means that the index implicated is not fully expressed, it is not key to the problem but still is important what happens next.
In practice, personnaly, I treat it like it is positive besause it is still perverting the fonctionnality of the organism. It juste mean that is not yes dominating the problem.

    Hope it helped !

If I may, the main difference between the 2 resultats from EMA and the original Durrafourd’s is a minus sign transformed in a divided sign in one of the formula which is then used in DHEA and by extension in all pituitary indexes. Which means that the EMA index related to the index (which I don’t remember) cannot be negative (/ sign) whereas Durrafourd’s can (- sign) and so the pituitary index.
The conclusion remains the same, but in general you have the same results regarding your pituitary indexes in absolute value (not the same exactly, but same range).

Thank you for your answer. I will read the part about Adenosis et amylosis very carefully.
Concerning my second question, it was in fact questions that I asked myself after viewing your lecture : you said high TRH could make prolactin index low. My question was : could it make it, on the contrary, high by prolonging the stimulation of PL.

    Regards,
